Project Estimating
Contact our commercial estimating department and we can provide a bid through a general contractor on your commercial building project.

Negotiated Project Management
From start to finish, our Project Managers will provide expert advice on flooring at your facility.

• Your project will be taken through a "negotiated project process" in order to assure that we provide top quality installations that will exceed your expectations.
• Meet with one of our Project Managers and discuss the requirements of your unique space.  Whether you have moisture concerns, past flooring problems, or subfloor questions, your Project Manager will identify and address these concerns during the planning process.
• We will then provide a color coded concept plan showing multiple flooring alternatives that will meet your facility’s budget

Installations
Once commercial services are contracted, our professional Installation Team will move into action, creating a finished product that both you and Capozza Tile & Floor Covering Center will be more than satisfied with.
